Penjani went to Sunshine School, a ministry of the [[Northmead Assemby of God]] in 1990. She later went to [[Lumuno Primary School]] where she did her primary school and thereafter went to [[St Mary’s Secondary School]] in Lusaka.  

She studied Business Administration with [[Zambia Insurance Business College Trust]] (ZIBCT) in 2005. She then obtained her Business Degree in Business Studies at the University of Greenwich.
