Errol Hickey (died 26 February 2017) was a broadcaster and founder of Radio Phoenix where he served as its Chairman and Director since 1996. He helped pioneered commercial broadcasting in Zambia during the aftermath of Zambia’s return to multipartism.[1]
Death
Hickey died on 26 February in Lusaka after a long battle with cancer.
On the same day, widow of former president Frederick Chiluba, Regina Chiluba also died of cancer.
