'''Regina Chifunda Chiluba''' (died 26 February 2017) was third wife of the second republican [[President]] [[Frederick Chiluba]]. She was also the former chairperson of women's affairs for the [[Movement for Multi-Party Democracy]] (MMD) in [[Lusaka]].

In 2002, the [[Ndola High Court]] divorced her marriage to Edward Mwanza, and on 6 May 2002 she married former President [[Frederick Chiluba]].

Regina died at the [[University Teaching Hospital]] (UTH) on 26 February 2017. Government evacuated to India in November 2016 reportedly battling cancer.
