Mutinta Musokotwane-Chikopela is a Zambian marketing executive, communications expert, writer and blogger. She is daughter of politician and former prime minister of Zambia, Kebby Musokotwane.

Early life and education

Career

In 2010, Mutinta worked as Manager - Marketing & Corporate Communications Services at Cavmont Bank Ltd. In January 2014 she joined BancABC Zambia as Country Head of Marketing and Communications, where she worked for over a year before moving to Konkola Copper Mines (KCM) in July 2015 where she works as General Manager Corporate Affairs.

Mutinta is also an avid blogger who writes for websites such as Mwebantu New Media under the hashtag #Am Just Saying.[1]

Other involvements

Mutinta has written a number of articles on the subject of marriage. In December 2015, she hosted a conference themed Revelations of a Zambian Wife in Lusaka. The conference was aimed at opening conversation around marriages and was graced by Isabel Ng’ambi and Herbert Mhango as speakers.[1]

Personal life

She is married to Zambian musical artist and businessman, Runell Chikopela. The two got married In 2004 and together they have 3 sons; Kunukuya, Utazimya and Mumena.
