Juliet Mphande

Juliet Mphande is a Zambian LGBT activist and founder of Friends of Rainka Zambia.[1][2] She is a human rights activist, journalist, and peace activist.[3][4] [5] Mphande has called on governments that colonized Africa to take responsibility for anti-sodomy laws they brought to the continent.[1]
Friends of Rainka
Mphande has been involved with the organization in Zambia since its founding in 2007.[3] She moved from a community advisory board to the Chair of the organization's board, and then served as the Executive Director.[3] The LGBT organization is based in Lusaka.[6]
