Loose Ends (2002 - 2011) was a Zambian soap opera shot and produced in Ndola, Copperbelt, by BGM Studios. It was written by Chala Tumelo who was also the Executive Producer.

Mike Mbao, the son of the intelligence chief, arrives back home from South Africa for his wedding only to be arrested at the airport as drugs are found in his possession. His world and relations with his wife-to-be is turned upside down as a result. Detained to prove his innocence and his relationship, he escapes prison to find who framed him for dealing in drugs and save his marriage.

Main cast

The soap earned praise and recognition for its storyline and general acting from the film industry as the country’s premier film. It won at the 2006 Mukuba Arts Awards and received congratulations, with Canada-based singer Chasaya Sichilima, who starred as a guest in the Copperbelt-based production, among the first.[1] The film also won at the Ngoma Awards.
