Clementina Mulenga (born June 14, 1989), professionally known as Cleo or Cleo Ice Queen is a Zambian born hip hop recording artist, model and Television presenter. She is best known for her role in Big Brother Africa (The chase) in 2013. She was nominated for South African Hip Hop awards 2012. The name Ice Queen is known to have come from the time she was writing a verse for a song Iam the Sugar Honey Ice Tea, all up in your stereo its me Iam the Ice Queen and then eventually, everyone started calling her Ice Queen. Since she is a jewellery lover hence the term ‘ice’, Ice Queen official definition: She is a sweet and beautiful girl ‘rumoured’ to be cold blooded and heartless.

Career
Celo's love for hip hop began when she was was six years old. She began her singing career when she was 11 years old its is belived thats where her passion for the entertainment industry really begun. From Cleo's own words she says that she wanted to be behind the microphone from the time she was 4 years old. Cleo used to perform at her own parties starting with her 4th birthday.
Cleo is also an aspiring actress and model.
Professional Music
In 2006, Cleo released her debut song “Hands Up”. In 2007 she moved to South Africa to further her education and music career. In 2012 Cleo featured in Khuli Chana's official 'Tswa Daar’ song remix which also featured Ice Prince , Maggz , Navio, AKA and Reason. In 2012 Cleo released a mixtape Topic Of Discussion
Big Brother Africa
In 2013 Celo was picked to represent Zambia during the eighth season of the Big Brother Africa reality television series, produced by Endemol for M-Net which began on 26 May, 2013, running for 91 days and ending on 25 August, 2013. Cleo was in the house for 91 days she came out as the runner-up from Dillishnwho won 2013's The Chase season.
