Correction on the topic of the first lady of Zambia
It may be of interest to note that most state functions and ceremonies are handled by cabinet office of which our colleague from cabinet office will verify for us later. Do also note that Mrs. Scott was not first lady by virtue of being wife to the acting president. In view of this it would be prudent for us to get more clarification from cabinet office.
Thanks
