On 11 November 2006, the [[Ndola High Court]] threw out a petition in which losing [[United Party for National Development]] (UPND) Roan parliamentary candidate [[Andrew Kayekesi]] challenged the election of Chishimba Kambwili as member of Parliament (MP) in the [[Zambian presidential election, 2016|August 2016 elections]].
