The Rhodesian giraffe (Giraffa tippelskirchi, formerly Giraffa thornicrofti), also known as Thornicroft’s giraffe, is a giraffe currently deemed synonymous with the Luangwa giraffe, and is a conspecific ecotype of the Masai giraffe.
