The mission of the Chalo Chatu Foundation is simple yet profound: Preserving the History and Pride of Zambia.
We do this by collecting, curating, and developing educational content under free licenses or in the public domain, and by making it accessible to all Zambians and to the world.
Unlike open-edit platforms, Chalo Chatu is a controlled and curated knowledge space. Contributions are reviewed by our editorial team and dedicated volunteers to ensure accuracy, reliability, and cultural integrity. Through this stewardship, Chalo Chatu safeguards Zambia’s past, documents its present, and builds a lasting legacy for future generations.
The Foundation is committed to keeping this knowledge freely available on the Internet, in perpetuity.
