Innocent Kalaluka (popularly known as Smooth IK) is a Zambian journalist, radio and TV presenter, and creator and presenter of ZNBC's Smooth Talk and Born & Bred shows.
Education
In 2015, Kalaluka graduated from LIUTEBM University with a Masters Degree in Media.[1]
Career
Kalaluka started off with Radio Zambia in the late 1990s where he promotion of local music was paramount through programmes like Expose. In 2000 he mooted a concept for a television show Smooth Talk which became a major platform for the new millennium musical renaissance and its emergent stars. In 2011 the production clocked ten years or airing on Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation (ZNBC).
Kalaluka was also the brain behind the video critiquing Born & Bred TV show which has annual awards called the Born & Bred Awards.[2]
Kalaluka is also a sports commentator and analyst for Zambia National Broadcasting Corporation and Super-Sport.
Personal life
Innocent Kalaluka is married.
