Tutwa Sandani Ngulube was a Zambian politician and Patriotic Front Member of Parliament for Kabwe Central from 2016 to 2021.
Death
In the morning of 3 December 2022, Ngulube was suspected to have suffered a heart attack and was rushed to a specialised heart hospital near the Kenneth Kaunda International Airport in Lusaka where he was pronounced dead.[1]
