Raphael Kombe was a Zambian politician and freedom fighter. In 1951, he was part of the leadership team of Harry Nkumbula's Northern Rhodesian African Congress, which was later named African National Congress (ANC) as a link to the African National Congress in South Africa. Others in the team included Simon Mwansa Kapwepwe, David Kenneth Kaunda, Mainza Chona, Grey Zulu, Dixon Konkola, Robinson Nabulyato, Paul Kalichini, Nalumino Mundia and Reuben Kamanga.
