==Death==
On 27 April 1993, the Zambia national team was flying to Dakar for FIFA World Cup Qualifier against Senegal. The [[Zambian Air Force]] flight was carrying most of the Zambian national football team which included Numba. The [[1993 Zambia national football team air disaster|plane crashed]] into the Atlantic Ocean on the coast of Gabon and killed all 25 passengers and five crew members.
